To request help on any support issue regarding recently performed work or to request a quote for ad hoc server admin work, please log a support request on the HelpDesk. This is the preferred method of raising support issues, any emailed requests will be referred back to the HelpDesk. For assistance with CSF/LFD, MSFE (if purchased separate from the MailScanner Service), CMQ, CMM, or CSE please use the forum.
Normal Support Hours
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT, Monday - Friday
Outside of these hours and on UK bank (public) holidays we do monitor the helpdesk for urgent support issues and do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible. Installation work can usually be scheduled between these hours on weekends.
